How the Lottery Works

Hash Selection:
Each day, a unique hash is generated by the Burn Vault. The final three
digits of the hash are taken in hexadecimal format (base 16).
Hexadecimal is a numbering system that uses 16 symbols: 0-9 and A-F,
where A = 10, B = 11, and so on.

Convert to Decimal:
These digits are converted into a decimal number (base 10), the standard
numbering system we use daily (for example: "D47" in hexadecimal equals
"3399" in decimal).

Find the Modulus:
Since the number obtained from the hexadecimal conversion is very large,
its modulus is calculated using the number of holders with 10 or more
EVAs, and then 1 is added to the result. This ensures the final value is
a number between 1 and the eligible holders.

Find the Winning Wallet:
The resulting number corresponds to a wallet's position in the holder
list. It depends on the number of holders at the moment of the draw. If
the winning wallet does not meet the requirements or is a smart
contract, the next wallet in line will be considered the winner.
